Job Descriptions:

Position Description:
The trainer will facilitate skill development in embroidery and traditional weaving techniques to help women create cultural handicrafts that preserve heritage and generate income.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide progressive training on embroidery stitches, loom setup, and pattern-making.
Teach finishing techniques, product design, and quality enhancement.
Help trainees link with cooperatives, fairs, or buyers for income opportunities.
Encourage creativity and cultural pride through design diversification.

Language Skills

Fluency in Dari/ Pashto or Uzbaki language skills (writing, speaking, reading and understanding)
