Job Descriptions:

Position Description:
The Trainer will deliver vocational training in baking and pastry making to women, with a focus on using local recipes, improving food presentation, and establishing small businesses from home.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide training on bread, cake, biscuit, and traditional pastry preparation.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are taught and applied.
Guide on food packaging, labeling, shelf-life extension, and pricing.
Assist trainees in product innovation for different market segments.
Organize local exhibitions or tasting events to boost confidence and visibility.

Language Skills

Fluency in Dari/ Pashto or Uzbaki language skills (writing, speaking, reading and understanding)
