Coordination of Humanitarian Assistance (CHA) is a non-governmental, non-profitable, and non-political Afghan NGO, working since 1987 mainly in agriculture, health, education, and infrastructure sectors in more vulnerable areas of the country. CHA is working through the implementation of Emergency, rehabilitation, and development projects for emergency aid for war, famine, and natural disaster-affected families in the field, to assist with the rehabilitation of rural and urban life, and to work with communities for sustainable development in Afghanistan.

Job Descriptions:

Coordinate and facilitate learning and knowledge-sharing activities within the project. Collect and document lessons learned, best practices, challenges, and success stories. Support project staff in identifying and documenting key learning from implementation. Maintain a systematic database of learning materials, case studies, and good practices. Organize learning sessions, reflection meetings, and knowledge-sharing events. Support the development of learning reports, presentations, and other knowledge products. Coordinate with field teams to collect relevant information and evidence. Monitor the implementation of agreed learning actions and recommendations. Promote the use of lessons learned to improve project implementation and quality. Provide regular updates to the project management team on key learning findings. Perform other learning and knowledge-management tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience in learning, knowledge management, training, project coordination, M&E, or a related area. Experience working with NGOs or humanitarian/development projects is preferred. Strong skills in documentation, report writing, facilitation, and information management. Good analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work effectively with field teams and multiple stakeholders. Good documentation and reporting skills. Fluency in Dari, Pashto and English with working knowledge.
