Job Descriptions:

     Mobilize communities and encourage active participation in project activities

Disseminate key health messages and behavior change communication materials.

Support health campaigns, vaccination drives, and outreach activities.

Act as a liaison between the community and AADA project staff.

Report community concerns, feedback, and complaints to supervisors.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.

Collect and share relevant community data and information with supervisors.

Support monitoring, supervision, and data collection activities.

Promote safeguarding, protection, gender equality, and inclusion principles.

Ensure confidentiality and respect for beneficiaries' dignity and rights.

Adhere to AADA policies, code of conduct, and donor regulations.

Job Requirements:

Must be an Afghan national.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Public Health, Nursing, Social Sciences, Education, or a related field.

Relevant work experience is an advantage. 

Must be fluent in Pashto and/or Dari languages
