Job Descriptions:
  • Coordinate day-to-day implementation of project MEAL activities at national, provincial, or field level.
  • Prepare monitoring plans, field visit schedules, data collection plans, verification tools, and reporting timelines.
  • Coordinate field monitors and MEAL officers to ensure regular monitoring of project activities, beneficiary verification, distribution monitoring, service quality checks, and follow-up visits.
  • Support implementation of baseline, endline, PDM, rapid assessments, and community feedback activities.
  • Compile field monitoring findings and share timely reports with project and senior management teams.
  • Track project indicators, output achievements, beneficiary numbers, and progress against targets. Coordinate with program teams to address gaps, delays, quality concerns, and corrective actions.
  • Support complaints and feedback systems and ensure referral of sensitive cases to relevant focal points. Maintain MEAL files, datasets, monitoring reports, attendance records, photos, and means of verification.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of MEAL coordination experience; strong field monitoring and reporting skills.
  • Experience supervising field data collection teams.
  • Knowledge of Kobo/ODK, Excel, and database management.
  • Strong coordination and communication abilities.
  • English excellent, Dari and Pashtu fluent.
