Job Descriptions:

Coordinate day-to-day implementation of project MEAL activities at national, provincial, or field level.
Prepare monitoring plans, field visit schedules, data collection plans, verification tools, and reporting timelines.
Coordinate field monitors and MEAL officers to ensure regular monitoring of project activities, beneficiary verification, distribution monitoring, service quality checks, and follow-up visits.
Support implementation of baseline, endline, PDM, rapid assessments, and community feedback activities.
Compile field monitoring findings and share timely reports with project and senior management teams.
Track project indicators, output achievements, beneficiary numbers, and progress against targets. Coordinate with program teams to address gaps, delays, quality concerns, and corrective actions.
Support complaints and feedback systems and ensure referral of sensitive cases to relevant focal points. Maintain MEAL files, datasets, monitoring reports, attendance records, photos, and means of verification.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of MEAL coordination experience; strong field monitoring and reporting skills.
Experience supervising field data collection teams.
Knowledge of Kobo/ODK, Excel, and database management.
Strong coordination and communication abilities.
English excellent, Dari and Pashtu fluent.
