Job Descriptions:

Support planning and implementation of impact assessments, evaluations, baseline/endline studies, outcome monitoring, and research activities.
Assist in developing questionnaires, interview guides, sampling lists, data collection plans, and fieldwork schedules.
Conduct or supervise data collection, focus group discussions, key informant interviews, and field observations.
Support data cleaning, coding, analysis, and preparation of assessment findings.
Prepare field reports, case studies, lessons learned, and evidence summaries.
Ensure ethical data collection, informed consent, confidentiality, safeguarding, and inclusion during assessment activities.
Coordinate with field teams and communities to organize assessment activities.
Support documentation of project results, beneficiary feedback, and impact stories.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Economics, Development Studies, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in assessments, research, or MEAL.
Practical experience with surveys, interviews, FGDs, Kobo/ODK, and data cleaning.
Strong reporting and field coordination skills.
English excellent, Dari and Pashtu fluent
