Education :
University Degree, preferably in Health or a related field
Experience / Skills :
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in Health Management Information Systems (HMIS) with NNGOs or INGOs. And minimum 3 years of experience in MEAL with INGs or NNGOs.

Strong skills in data collection, analysis, reporting, and Excel

Experience with HMIS systems (DHIS2, Kobo, HeRAMS)

Knowledge of data quality assurance and reporting standards

Support MEAL and data-driven decision-making

Training, mentorship, and capacity building for staff on HMIS related

Effective communication and coordination with stakeholders
-
High attention to detail, accuracy, and data confidentiality

Proficiency in MS Office and basic data visualization tools

Problem-solving and analytical skills

Good time management, adaptability, and teamwork

Culturally sensitive and promotes inclusive work environments
Languages:
Excellent communication (both oral and written) in English and local languages.

Microsoft Office package
