- MD degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum of three years of experience working with HMIS programs and BPHS implementation.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Computer literacy, particularly in database management and data entry systems.
- Proficiency in Pashto, Dari, and English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet development, and presentation preparation.
- Who has the ability in data management provide support on technical and management issues.
