Afghan Women Association for Rehabilitation and Development (AWARD) Organization was established in 1995’s as an Afghan Non- Governmental, Non-Political, and not for Profit Organization dedicated to the social, civic, and economic integration of Afghan Women, Youths, Person with Disabilities(PWDs) and other vulnerable groups in Afghanistan.
AWARD has been registered with the Ministry of Planning. AWARD was registered with the Ministry of Economy under registration number# 97 on Oct 13, 2005.
AWARD has been working in the field of Humanitarian, Livelihood, reintegration, WASH, Human rights, Agriculture/Environment, Education.

Section 4 – Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse
AWARD maintains a zero-tolerance policy for sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA). As an Employee, you agree to the following:
- Prohibition of SEA: You shall not engage in or encourage any act of sexual exploitation or abuse. Sexual exploitation is defined as any actual or attempted abuse of a position of vulnerability, differential power, or trust for sexual purposes. Sexual abuse is defined as the actual or threatened physical intrusion of a sexual nature, whether by force or under unequal or coercive conditions.
- Reporting Obligations: You must immediately report any suspicions or allegations of SEA to the Organization's PSEA Focal Point. Failure to report may result in disciplinary action.
- Prevention and Response Measures: You agree to participate in PSEA training, verify personnel backgrounds, refer SEA survivors to assistance services, and cooperate with investigations. You will take appropriate corrective action against personnel found to have committed SEA.
- Consequences of Violations: Any breach of this PSEA clause, including failure to report SEA, may result in disciplinary action, including termination, and potential legal consequences.
