Job Descriptions:

ey Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage pharmaceutical manufacturing processes according to approved formulations, SOPs, BMRs, and GMP requirements.
Prepare and manufacture pharmaceutical products in different dosage forms, including syrups, suspensions, oral drops, creams, ointments, gels, and other liquid and semi-solid products.
Review and follow approved formulations and manufacturing procedures.
Perform formulation development, process optimization, and scale-up of pharmaceutical products.
Monitor critical manufacturing parameters and ensure consistent product quality.
Troubleshoot manufacturing and formulation problems and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Coordinate with QA/QC, Production, and R&D departments regarding product quality and manufacturing issues.
Prepare, review, and maintain BMRs, manufacturing records, SOPs, and other production documents.
Conduct trial batches and participate in development of new pharmaceutical products.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and pharmaceutical manufacturing standards.
Train and supervise production personnel on proper manufacturing procedures and GMP requirements.
Investigate deviations, process failures, and out-of-specification manufacturing issues.
Participate in process validation, cleaning validation, stability studies, and continuous process improvement.
Ensure proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of production equipment.
Maintain proper documentation and records for all manufacturing activities.
Required Qualifications
B.Pharm / Pharm.D or equivalent degree in Pharmacy.
Strong practical experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and formulation.
Proven experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
Good knowledge of GMP, pharmaceutical formulation, production processes, and quality requirements.
Experience with multiple pharmaceutical dosage forms is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving, formulation development, and production management skills.
Ability to work independently and supervise production teams.
Relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is required.
