Job Purpose
The Mobile Phone Repair Trainer will provide theoretical and practical training to project beneficiaries on mobile phone diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting, enabling trainees to develop marketable technical skills and pursue employment or self-employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct theoretical and practical mobile phone repair training according to the approved curriculum and training plan.
Train beneficiaries on basic mobile phone hardware and software systems.
Teach identification and functions of major mobile phone components and electronic parts.
Provide practical training on phone disassembly, assembly, cleaning, maintenance, and component replacement.
Train beneficiaries on diagnosing and repairing common hardware and software faults.
Train beneficiaries on screen, charging port, battery, speaker, microphone, camera, and other common component replacement.
Provide basic training on software installation, updating, troubleshooting, and restoration.
Ensure proper handling of electronic components and safe use of tools and equipment.
Teach basic customer service, repair costing, pricing, record keeping, and shop management.
Prepare lesson plans and practical exercises.
Maintain beneficiary attendance, assessment, and training records.
Assess trainees’ theoretical knowledge and practical competencies.
Maintain training tools and equipment in good working condition.
Submit regular training progress and activity reports.
Perform other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor.
