About AKHS-A (Aga Khan Health Services-Afghanistan):

Aga Khan Health Services (AKHS) is one of the most comprehensive private, not‐for‐profit health care systems in the developing world with community health programs in large geographical areas in Central and South Asia, as well as in East Africa.

The Aga Khan Health Services, Afghanistan (AKHS, A) was established in 2003 as part of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN). AKHS, A provides health care services mainly on behalf of the government including the Ministry of Public Health’s of Afghanistan’s Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS) and Essential Package of Hospital Services (EPHS). AKHS, A is unique both in scale and scope, delivering critical health services along the continuum of care, from Community Health Workers (CHWs) to ISO certified hospital facilities.

AKHS, A is currently implementing healthcare services in Bamyan, Baghlan, Badakhshan, Kabul and Takhar provinces. The agency’s scope of work includes the provision of primary and secondary healthcare, preventive and curative medical care, Nursing and Midwifery education, Human Resources Development and Hospital Management. As BPHS and EPHS implementer, AKHS, A provides technical support as well as capacity building of health personnel, immunization services, nutrition trainings and the training of Community Health Nurses and Community Health Midwives.

AKHS, A draws on internal and other donor fundings to continue supplementary and complementary support to the national health system. Moreover, AKHS, A has introduced innovations, including, expansions of e-Health services, e-learning initiatives, and cross border arrangements. To promote healthy environment, AKHS, A is also implementing net zero and greenhouse gas emission initiatives.

شناسایی اطفال سوء تغذی مزمن وارایه خدمات مطابق به رهنمود.
تعلیمات صحی برای مریضان و مراجعین (تغذی )
تعقیب درست و بوقت اطفال سو تغذی جهت ادامه تداوی و ارزیابی رشد .
كسب دانش كافى وظيفوى براى اجراى امورات در بخش هاى مختلفه مرکز صحیتهیه راپور دقیق وتعقب غیرحاضران ارزیابی رشد.
آگا هی دهی در مورد تغذی /شیردهی و اهمیت شیر دهی با شیر مادر در جریان 6 ماه اول زنده گی
راجستر نمودن مریضان وگزارش دهى فعاليت ماهوار ستاك و مصارف بخش تغذی مرتبط به پروژهتلاش در جهت ارتقاء سطح دانش مسلکی و كسب معلومات مطابق رهنمود هاى ملىتنظیم نمودن استاک واستاک کارت های مربوطه به مواد تغذی پروژه
نگهداری و مواظبت درست از مواد تغذی درمرکزصحی وجلو گیری از ضایعات مواد تغذی
سکرینینگ خانم های حامله وشیرده ( مويک، شاخص کتله وزن بدن، وزن کمتر از 45 کیلو و قد کمتر از 145 سانتی متر)مشوره دهی موثر درقسمت استفاده معقول از مواد های تغذیثبت ارقام پروژه در اپلیکیشن مربوط به پروژه CASI
مقایسه ارقام ثبت شده از دوسیه های مراجعین با ارقام ثبت شده در برنامه CASI بصورت هفته وار.
اپلود نمودن دیتا به دشبور بصورت روزمره ( در مناطق که به انترنت دست رسی ندارند بصورت هفته وار)اندازه گیری دقیق شاخص های انتروپومتری.
جلوگیری از منقضی شدن تاریخ مواد وباخبرنمودن دفتر ولایتی از مواد اضافه مصرف.
تجدید نمودن اپلیکیشن در صورت ضروت.
اشتراک درجلسات ماهوار با تیم های صحی تغذی بناید آقاخان در مرکزصحی.
هماهنگی خوب با اداره کلینیک.
انجام فعالیت های دیگری که از طرف اداره یا آمر مربوطه سپرده میشود.

Job Requirements:

تحصیلات و شایستگی ها :

داشتن دیپلوم فراغت از انستيتوت های علوم صحی نرسنگ.
تجربه کاری حد اقل 6 ماه در بخش تغذی یا نرسنگ.
داشتن روابط خوب ومهارتهای اجتماعی ودرون فردی.
داشتن مهارت افهام و تفهیم خوب.
داشتن مهارت استفاده از تبلیت های اندروئید.
