Job Descriptions:

Control room-by-room architectural finishes and ensure approved quality, samples and interfaces are achieved.• Supervise waterproofing, plaster, ceilings, tiles/stone, painting, doors/windows, joinery and fixtures.
• Verify approved samples/mock-ups, substrate readiness, dimensions and MEP interface completion before finishes.
• Maintain room completion matrix and snag/punch status.
• Coordinate protection of completed finishes and sequence between trades.
• Raise inspection requests and maintain finish test/warranty records.
• Update architectural redlines/as-builts and support Client finish inspections.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering; minimum 4-6 years fit-out/finishes experience.

Finishes; waterproofing; room data; quality inspection; AutoCAD; punch management.
