Job Descriptions:

Execute civil, structural, concrete, masonry, roads/drainage and external works to approved drawings and planned sequence.• Set out and supervise excavation, foundations, reinforcement, formwork, concrete, masonry and external civil works.
• Check drawings, levels, dimensions, quantities and materials before work starts.
• Raise inspection requests and coordinate QA/QC hold points before concealment/pouring.
• Prepare daily reports, quantity records, manpower/plant status and 2-week task plans.
• Coordinate embedded MEP items and builders-work openings before concrete/masonry closure.
• Maintain redline/as-built information and close civil punch items.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or closely related discipline from a recognized institution. Minimum 4-6 years site engineering experience.

AutoCAD; surveying basics; concrete/masonry/earthworks; quantity measurement; inspection coordination.
