Job Descriptions:

Control receipt, storage, preservation, issue and inventory of project materials, equipment, spares and consumables.• Establish stores layout, coding, quarantine and preservation areas.
• Receive materials against PO/delivery note and coordinate inspection with QA/QC.
• Maintain bin cards/inventory and material issue/return records.
• Protect sensitive equipment and finishes from weather/damage and monitor shelf-life items.
• Report shortages, damage, slow-moving and critical stock weekly.
• Support final spares/consumables handover and stores reconciliation.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor; minimum 5 years construction warehouse experience.

Inventory control; material handling; Excel/ERP; storage/preservation; documentation.
