Job Descriptions:

Lead daily MEP installation crews and coordinate work sequencing with other trades.• Organize MEP labor/tools/materials to the daily plan.
• Check routes, levels, supports, equipment locations and installation quality before inspection.
• Coordinate openings/closures and ceiling/finish interfaces with civil/architectural foremen.
• Maintain material usage and daily output records.
• Support testing, labeling, punch closure and housekeeping.
• Enforce safe electrical/mechanical working practices.

Job Requirements:

Technical diploma/trade certification; minimum 8 years MEP experience including supervisory role.

Electrical/mechanical trade supervision; drawings; tools/materials; testing support; safety.
