Job Descriptions:

Job Responsibilities of team leaders:

  •         To supervise data collection activities in the field
  •          To ensure quality and validity of data collected from the study participants
  •          Visiting different households in the communities to ensure successful completion of data collection in the study areas
  •          To follow and ensure field implementation of project related SOPs / guidelines as defined in the research project
  •          To assign daily tasks and monitor the performance of field staff.
  •          To provide on-site coaching and support to data collectors when required.
  •          To verify the completeness and accuracy of completed questionnaires before submission.
  •          To resolve field challenges and report any issues or deviations to the Study Supervisor in a timely manner.
  •          To ensure that all ethical standards, including informed consent and participant confidentiality, are strictly followed.
  •          To ensure that data collection is completed according to the project timeline and work plan.
  •          To organize logistics and ensure that field teams have the necessary materials and equipment.
  •          To monitor attendance and punctuality of field staff and maintain attendance records.
  •          To perform all other duties assigned to him/her from time-to-time by the study Supervisor
Job Requirements:

Academic & professional qualifications:

Bachelor or Diploma in Nursing or Midwifery; BSc in social Sciences or in medical

Knowledge and competencies (State skills, abilities & traits required)

§  Must have good organizational and communication skills;

§  Must be technologically literate, with proficiency in using tablet-based data collection applications

§  Preference will be given to candidates from Logar and Nangarhar provinces.
