Job Descriptions:

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Organize, manage, lead, supervise, and coordinate all factory operations and activities.

2.     Provide comprehensive management and oversight of the cement production line, from raw material processing through to the final packaging stage.

3.     Develop, implement, and monitor structured production plans based on the factory’s production capacity and quality standards.

4.     Assess the required human, financial, and technical resources and develop systematic plans to ensure continuous and stable production.

5.     Directly manage, evaluate, and provide guidance to the managers, supervisors, and employees of the respective departments.

6.     Ensure the proper management of assets, equipment, and materials within the production and operations departments.

7.     Prepare and submit regular weekly and monthly operational reports to the relevant factory management, highlighting operational performance, progress, challenges, and key updates.

8.     Develop systematic plans to ensure effective coordination and cooperation among the various departments of the factory.

9.     Develop effective plans and measures for improving employees’ professional skills, work performance, and capacity development.

10.  Actively contribute to the development of the factory’s annual and monthly production plans and budgets to support effective operational planning and resource allocation.

11.  Analyze production performance results, identify areas for improvement, and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions to enhance operational efficiency.

12.  Ensure effective coordination in logistics and distribution activities to maintain a continuous supply of cement to the market.

13.  Develop and implement effective response measures to manage operations and activities during emergency situations, ensuring business continuity and timely resolution of critical issues.

14.  Ensure the quality of production products is maintained in accordance with relevant standards.

15.  Develop systematic plans and measures to reduce production costs and improve operational efficiency.

16.  Develop systematic plans to reduce incidents and implement effective measures to improve safety conditions.

17.  Perform other tasks assigned by the authorized factory authorities under their guidance.

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

1.       Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration and Management, or other related fields. Candidates holding a Master’s degree will be given preference.

2.       Work Experience: Typically, 5–10 years of senior-level operational management experience, including proven experience in managing teams, influencing projects, and overseeing large-scale initiatives within reputable manufacturing, for-profit, or non-profit organizations.

3.       Full proficiency in the effective use of information technology, particularly in hardware, software, and other related areas relevant to the operations management function.

4.       Full proficiency in advancing and developing programs related to operational management processes.

5.       Languages: Full proficiency in Pashto, Dari, and English.
