Job Descriptions:

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Manage and oversee the factory's physical assets, including vehicles, buildings, offices, equipment, and all other related property, while ensuring their safety, security, and proper maintenance.

2.     Supervise the registration, safekeeping, and distribution process of office supplies, available inventory items, and stored materials.

3.     Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall organization of the factory buildings and internal areas.

4.     Directly manage, supervise, and provide guidance to the employees of the Protection and Maintenance Department.

5.     Ensure the proper and organized maintenance of records for all office equipment, vehicles, furniture, assets, and related property.

6.     Conduct regular inventory counts of the factory and ensure proper recording, monitoring, and maintenance of all related issuance and receipt transactions.

7.     Prevent damage to equipment and assets and continuously monitor their effective utilization.

8.     Manage the storage of office supplies and consumable materials and prepare procurement requests when required.

 

 

9.     Ensure the proper maintenance of factory offices, buildings, and green areas, and supervise ongoing repair and maintenance activities

10.  Manage and supervise the proper operation of electricity, water, heating, and other utility services.

11.  Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards and supervise the activities of cleaning staff.

12.  Conduct regular inspections of transportation vehicles and monitor their operational performance.

13.  Follow the instructions provided by the authorized officials of the factory and perform assigned duties and responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

Requirements

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or other related fields is required. Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master's degree.

Work Experience: Generally, 5–10 years of experience in the Security and Maintenance field, including a proven track record of managing technical teams within reputable for-profit and non-profit organizations.

Excellent knowledge and ability to effectively utilize human resources, particularly in administrative, service, logistics, and other relevant operational areas

Languages: Full proficiency in Pashto, Dari, and English languages.
