Job Purpose
The Sales and Marketing Officer will implement approved sales and marketing plans, identify and follow up potential investors and customers, collect market intelligence, maintain accurate records, and support the promotion of the company’s shares, products, and commercial activities.
Before production begins, the position will primarily focus on share promotion, investor outreach, lead follow-up, shareholder registration, and documentation. After commercial production starts, the focus will shift toward dyed-fabric sales, B2B customer acquisition, distributors, provincial markets, and approved export opportunities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
· Develop and implement weekly and monthly action plans based on the approved sales and marketing plans.
· Identify potential investors, B2B customers, wholesalers, distributors, institutions, provincial buyers, and export prospects.
· Contact and follow up prospects through telephone, email, WhatsApp, meetings, and field visits.
· Collect market information regarding demand, prices, competitors, products, customer requirements, risks, and business opportunities.
· Implement approved digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
· Support the preparation and updating of approved content for the company’s website, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, printed materials, events, and exhibitions.
· Explain approved share categories, prices, payment schedules, and registration procedures to potential investors during the pre-production phase.
· Collect, check, and submit shareholder applications and supporting documents to the relevant departments.
· After commercial production begins, present approved fabric specifications, samples, prices, payment terms, and delivery options to customers.
· Coordinate and follow up quotations, orders, production status, dispatch, delivery, and after-sales service.
· Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, investors, customers, quotations, orders, and follow-up actions in the approved CRM or database.
· Submit daily activity updates, weekly sales-pipeline reports, and monthly performance reports.
· Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Admin/HR, Media/IT, Production, Quality, Stores, and Logistics as required.
· Protect confidential company information and comply with approved policies, procedures, and authority limits.
