3. Key Responsibilities
Health and Safety Management
- Develop and implement HSSE guidelines for field operations.
- Conduct regular safety assessments in project sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols by staff and field teams.
- Conduct safety briefings and awareness sessions.
- Monitor use of protective equipment where required.
Security Management
- Monitor security conditions in field areas.
- Provide regular security updates and risk assessments.
- Coordinate safe movement and field travel planning.
- Support incident reporting and emergency response procedures.
Environmental Management
- Ensure compliance with environmental safeguards.
- Monitor environmental risks related to project activities.
- Promote environmentally sustainable practices.
- Support waste management and environmental protection measures.
Reporting and Coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSSE reports.
- Report incidents, risks, and mitigation measures.
- Coordinate closely with project management and field teams.
- Support HSSE training and awareness sessions.
