Job Descriptions:

HPL is hiring experienced Full-Stack Web Developers to design, build, and maintain modern web applications and data platforms that support our international operations. This is a night shift position, scheduled to overlap with US time zone business hours. We are looking for engineers with more than 5 years of professional experience who take ownership of features from start to finish, write clean and tested code, and collaborate well within a small, fast moving team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain web applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
  • Develop backend services and REST APIs with Node.js and Python
  • Design, query, and optimize PostgreSQL databases
  • Integrate third party APIs and build data pipelines
  • Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms such as Vercel or AWS
  • Write clean, well documented, and tested code, and take part in code reviews
  • Use Git for version control and collaborate within the team
Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • More than 5 years of professional full stack web development experience
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Experience with React, Node.js, and Python
  • Working knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL
  • Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Available to work the night shift

Preferred Skills:

  • Next.js (App Router) and server side rendering
  • Cloud experience with Vercel or AWS
  • Search engines such as Typesense or Elasticsearch
  • Docker, CI/CD, and automated testing
