A. A 3 year Degree or Diploma in prosthesis and Orthosis field.
B. Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience, particularly in the field of Prosthesis and Orthosis with INGOs, public hospitals or other prominent organization.
C. Fluency in Dari and/or Pashto, both written and spoken, other local languages will be an asset,
D. Experience in staff management, public outreach, and coordination with stakeholders.
E. Strong Command of Pashto/Dari
F. Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-ethnic team and take on diverse tasks.
G. Working experience in the targeted provinces and familiar with the concerned community, geography, and culture.
H. Team worker, Analytical and Troubleshooting skills
I. Honest, proactive, and well-mannered.
J. To be an Afghan National.
