Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, Economics, Agriculture, Social Sciences, Vocational Education, or a related field.
- Diploma or certification in a relevant vocational trade will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in vocational skills training, livelihood programming, or women empowerment projects.
- Previous experience with NGOs, UN agencies, or donor-funded projects is preferred.
- Experience working with women and vulnerable groups in Afghanistan is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
- Strong training facilitation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of livelihood development, entrepreneurship, and income-generating activities.
- Ability to prepare training materials, reports, and documentation.
- Good understanding of adult learning methodologies.
- Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Languages
- Fluency in Pashto is required.
- Good knowledge of Dari is preferred.
- Basic English communication skills are desirable.

5. Working Conditions
- The position is based in Kandahar with presence at the Women Empowerment Hub.
- The employee must comply with OHA security protocols and operational procedures.
