Job Descriptions:

Position Summary:

The Finance Intern will support the Finance Department by assisting with financial record-keeping, documentation, and reporting. The intern will gain hands-on experience in financial operations, contribute to department efficiency, and support organizational goals as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in the day-to-day administrative functions of the Finance Department.
Support in processing financial transactions, including payments and receipts.
Help in maintaining financial records and organizing files (both hard and soft copies).
Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices, and expense tracking sheets.
Support in reconciling bank statements and tracking expenditures.
Assist in ensuring compliance with financial policies and donor regulations.
Help in data entry for accounting systems and maintaining financial databases.
Participate in internal financial audits and assist in documentation.
Assist in compiling finance-related reports and summaries.
Perform other finance related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Finance, Business Administration.
Fresh Graduate with no prior work experience
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of Quick Books MS Office package.
