5. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be graduates or final-year university students
- Have educational background relevant to applied department
- Be at least 18 years old
- Demonstrate strong motivation and willingness to learn
- Have basic English (written & spoken) and fluency in local languages
- Possess basic computer skills (MS Office required)
- Have good academic and personal standing
Candidates with relevant practical experience but limited formal education may also apply.
6. Selection Process
Qualified applicants will go through:
- Document Screening
- Written Test (language, computer, basic knowledge)
- Interview
- Short Presentation (topic related to field)
Successful candidates will be notified prior to the internship start date.
7. Internship Conditions
- Duration: Minimum 6 months (extendable up to 1 year)
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (as per HR policy)
- Internship Type: Voluntary (unpaid),
- No coverage for:
- Accommodation
- Transportation
- Health insurance
8. Learning & Development

Interns are expected to:
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Follow WASSA policies and Code of Conduct
- Respect diversity and organizational values
- Adhere to working hours and deadlines
11. Contract Termination
Internship may be terminated due to:
- Unauthorized absence
- Misconduct or unprofessional behavior
- Poor performance
- Breach of confidentiality or fraud
