Job Descriptions:

Ensure quality assurance and quality control for construction projects
Provide close supervision of building works, with strong focus on HVAC systems, especially related to WASH facilities
Supervise construction of WASH structures including water supply systems, sanitation facilities, drainage, and related infrastructure
Monitor compliance of works with approved drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and standards
Inspect materials, workmanship, installation, and testing on site
Review and implement QA/QC plans, method statements, and inspection checklists
Carry out site measurements, quantity take-offs, and site estimations
Prepare and review variation orders, claims, and supporting documents
Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve technical and quality-related issues
Prepare all required project reports including daily, weekly, monthly progress and QA/QC reports
Ensure compliance with international standards such as ASTM, ACI, IBC, ASHRAE, and relevant codes

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in construction supervision
Strong hands-on experience in HVAC systems in buildings, particularly for WASH facilities (mandatory)
Proven experience in supervision of WASH-related construction works
Good knowledge of site estimation, quantity surveying, and variation preparation
Strong understanding of QA/QC systems and construction standards
English language proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory
Ability to prepare technical reports and documentation in English
Willingness to work on site and travel to project locations
