• Prepares direct sales daily and monthly KPIs reports in a Spreadsheet/PowerPoint for his line supervisor in close coordination with relevant direct sales channels by ensuring the sales figures’ accuracy.
• Prepares the SIM registration report trends daily by ensuring proper tracking of all direct sales POS daily SIM registration records in close collaboration with POS responsible supervisors without any discrepancy.
• Prepares the monthly direct sales headcount report for each POS by ensuring accuracy in terms of the number of headcounts (NAT/CSL/HPL), contact details, employee ID & designation.
• Prepares the direct sales CVBS/m-HAWALA transaction report daily for the direct sales hierarchy.
• Prepares the daily staff attendance report (HPL) to support monthly reconciliation with the HPL vendor for the outsourced staff salary/overtime disbursement process.
• Coordinates with relevant stakeholders for direct sales of all POS petty cash processes through the e-sign platform by ensuring timely submission to the relevant stakeholders for the disbursement process.
• Collects and consolidates daily, weekly, and monthly customer footfall data from all POS to understand the customer footfall trend to observe the number of transactions.
• Collaborate with the line Supervisor for the completion of direct sales assigned tasks as per the Senior Manager's Direct Sales guidance.
