Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Manage employee records and HR documentation
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews
- Handle payroll, attendance, and leave tracking
- Monitor compliance with HR policies and labor laws
- Assist in staff development and conflict resolution
Finance & Administration:
- Process monthly payroll and employee benefits
- Record financial transactions and maintain proper documentation
- Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and preparing financial reports
- Handle petty cash and daily financial operations
- Review purchase invoices and support procurement coordination
- Assist in audits and ensure internal financial compliance
