Job Descriptions:

Position Summary:

The Personal Assistant will manage the General Manager's calendar, schedule appointments and travel, coordinate meetings, and handle communications.
The role involves attending meetings, managing expenses, assisting with events, and acting as a liaison between the General Manager and various contacts.
Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

Reports to: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the General Manager's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence for the General Manager.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including venue booking, catering, and audiovisual setup.
  • Attend meetings with the General Manager, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Act as a liaison between the GM, and internal staff, external contacts, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Manage expenses and reimbursements for the GM, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Assist in the organization of corporate events, conferences, or projects.
  • Maintain the GM's contacts and database, updating information as necessary.
  • Assist in personal tasks or errands for the GM as requested.
  • Uphold a professional and positive image of the GM and the organization in all interactions.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field Master’s degree is preferred
  • Proven work experience of 2 years in related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in written and verbal communication in English, Dari, Pashto
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
