About AKHS-A (Aga Khan Health Services-Afghanistan):

Aga Khan Health Services (AKHS) is one of the most comprehensive private, not‐for‐profit health care systems in the developing world with community health programs in large geographical areas in Central and South Asia, as well as in East Africa.

The Aga Khan Health Services, Afghanistan (AKHS, A) was established in 2003 as part of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN). AKHS, A provides health care services mainly on behalf of the government including the Ministry of Public Health’s of Afghanistan’s Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS) and Essential Package of Hospital Services (EPHS). AKHS, A is unique both in scale and scope, delivering critical health services along the continuum of care, from Community Health Workers (CHWs) to ISO certified hospital facilities.

Since 2003 AKHS, A is implementing Healthcare services in Bamyan, Baghlan and Badakhshan provinces. The agency’s scope of work includes the provision of primary and secondary Healthcare, Preventive and curative medical care, Nursing and Midwifery education, Human Resources Development and Hospital Management. The current working modality and role of AKHS, A in Bamyan and Badakhshan provinces as BPHS and EPHS implementer. AKHS, A provides technical support as well as capacity building of health personnel, immunization services, nutrition trainings and the training of Community Health Nurses and Community Health Midwifery.

AKHS, A tapped into internal and other donor fundings to continue supplementary and complementary supports to the national health system. Moreover, AKHS, A scale up AKDN innovations, including, expansions of e-Health services, e-learning initiatives, and cross border arrangements. To promote healthy environment, AKHS, A is implementing net zero and greenhouse gas emission.

· برخورد و سلوک مناسب با پرسونل کلینیک ومراجعین ، احترام به کلتور وعنعنات مردم ومطابعت ازان

· اجرا وتطبیق پروگرام های جدید انکشافی

· پا بند بودن به وظیفه و رعایت قوانین وضع شده

· سهم گیری درترینینگ ها و انتقال دانش آموخته شده به سایر کارمندان مرکزصحی مطابق به پلان تریننگ داخلی مرکزصحی

· معاونت دراداره عمومى کلینیک

· مسؤل اداره ونظارت از تطبیق ستندرد های وقایه ازانتان در بخش های مربوطه کلینیک

· مسؤل اداره ونظارت ازعرضه تعلیمات وتبلیغات صحی براى مراجعين

· مراقبت مستقیم مریضان داخه و نسایی و ولادی با تشخیص و تداوی دقیق

· تداوی شکل خفیف پریکلمسیا سقط های نا مکمل و رجعت مریضان پریکلمسیا شدید واکلمسیا به مراکز مجهز

· مراقبت های عاجل و اساسی ولادی

· مراقبت نوزادان وتداوی انتانات دوره نوزادی

· بررسی وتداوی امراض اس.تی .دی

· استفاده از رهنمود های ملی و عملکرد های طبی جدید

· عمل نمودن مطابق پروتوکول واستندرد های تشخصیه وتداوی

· مسؤل ثبت دقيق وتداوی تعقیبیه در کلینیک

· مسؤل جمع اوری معلومات وراپوردهی ماهوار مرکز صحی

· اشتراک در طرح وتطبیق آموزش در حين خدمت برای پرسونل کلینیک

· تبلیغات صحی در مورد امراض روانی معمول در افغانستان مطابق به BPHS

· تبلیغات صحی، واقعه یابی، مشوره دهی، تداوی، راجستریشن, راپور دهی منظم، تعقیب و راجع ساختن مریضان روانی و معلولین مطابق به رهنمود BPHS به مراکز صحی بالاتر

· مسول تطبیق پروگرام بهبود کیفیت و تعقیب آن باهماهنگی جامعه

· واقعه یابی، جمع آوری نمونه بلغم مریضان مشکوک ،راجستر,تعقیب و تداوی مریضان توبرکلوزمطابق به رژیم DOTs

· تعلیم وآگاهی دادن به CHW در مورد واقعات توبرکلوز تحت تداوی که به کلنیک دسترسی ندارند و تعقیب منظم آن توسط CHW

· تداوی مریضان ملاریا مطابق به ستندرد ملی کنترول ملاریا

· تشخیص و تداوی مریضان کم خونی شدید از باعث PPH

· ارایه خدمات با کیفیت امراض چشم برای مریضان مربوطه

· بهبود بخشیدن آگاهی عامه درمورد HIV/ AIDS

· توصیه جهت اجرای HIV تست نزد مریضان TB

· تطبیق و رعایت دقیق ستندرد های وقایه از انتان .

· اشتراک در شورای صحی زنانه به سطح کلنیک

· به عنوان یک عضوه فعال کمیټه تایید شده برای تحلیل فعالیت های برانامه P4P مشارکت نماید

· بر اساس فعالیت هایی مرکز صحی برای دست اورد های ماهانه شاخص های P4P سهم فعال داشته باشد

· به عنوان مسول مدیریت شاخص های مربوط P4P و غیر ان در مرکز صحی سهم فعال داشته باشد.

· مسول ارایه خدمات صحی باکیفیت ،راجستریشن دقیق ، جمع اوری ارقام ،تهیه راپور ها (دقیق و به موقع ) فعالیت داشته باشد

· مسول اریه خدمات صحی مطابق به رهنمود ‍BPHS (شناسایی واقعه ، مشوره دهی ،تداوی و تعقیب )با ثبت کامل مشخصات مریضان /مراجعین (نام ، ادرس مکمل ،شماره تماس )میباشید ،برای تاید هویت مراجعه کننده.

· شاخص هایی QQMو QQC را نظارت نموده و به طور فعال به کارمندان کومک نماید

· شاخص هایی غیر P4P را به کمک کارمندان مربوطه به طور جدی تعقیب نماید

· مسول تطبیق ونظارت از استفاده معقول ادویه (RUD) در مرکزصحی

· سهم گیری فعال درتطبیق ستندرد های جدید بهبود کیفیت

· واقعه یابی تداوی و رجعت دهی مریضان روانی و معلونین

· واقعه یابی تداوی و رجعت دهی مریضان مصاب به امراض چشم

Job Requirements:

Education:

Graduating from Medical University as Medical Doctor, internal and pediatric specialist is preferred.

Experience:

At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience as MD in BPHS/EPHS hospital or Health Facilities.
Able to manage the health especially in the mother and Child health services.

Skills:

Familiarity to provide monthly report requirements.
Excellent Communication Skills.

Good Coordination and counselling Skills.
Outstanding Problem-Solving skills.
Great understanding of Community, people and their needs.

Languages: Written and Spoken fluency in local languages (Dari) is a must.
