Job Descriptions:

The successful candidate must proactively search for suppliers and obtain price quotations without waiting for daily instructions from management. The primary objective of this position is to identify reliable sources, obtain competitive quotations, and facilitate procurement decisions that offer the best possible balance of price, quality, and delivery terms.

Job Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills, self-confidence, and strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, persistent, responsible, and results-oriented attitude.
Proficiency in using the internet, search engines, email, and WhatsApp.
Ability to obtain price quotations from international companies and communicate professionally in English for business purposes.
Practical skills in online and in-person purchasing, along with a good understanding of the local market.
Ability to compare prices, analyze suppliers’ quotations, and prepare organized and regular reports.
Honesty, attention to detail, discipline, and effective time management skills.
Previous work experience in marketing, price sourcing, or procurement will be considered an advantage.
