Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, International Development, Development Studies, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
Professional Experience
· At least one (1) year of relevant experience through employment, internship, volunteering, freelancing or demonstrated project work in fundraising, communications, digital marketing, donor engagement, research or a related area.
Technical Skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; practical familiarity with Canva and social media platforms; ability to conduct online donor/funding research; basic spreadsheet and data-tracking skills; and willingness to learn AidOS and other digital fundraising tools.
Language Skills
· Strong written and spoken English.
