Job Descriptions:

We are looking for skilled sales & marketing officers to provide first-class service to our clients and to push the sales of a certain product.

  • Develop and maintain high level of communication with customer regarding status of their order and other similar product.  
  • Analyse the connections requirements of existing customers and new customers 
  • Liaise with customers to clarify customer requirements  
  • Ensure that all relevant information has been gathered before quotations are requested from
  • circuit suppliers, to meet agreed timescales   
  • Handle queries from
  • customers and colleagues about the solutions identified and the costs involved 
  • Maintain accurate and detailed
  • records including input to the central database facility
  • Support the team manager with other activities relating to queries from customers.       
  • Collect customer feedback for review by team manager.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned by the Department Head.

 

Job Requirements:
  •  Bachelor degree in business, administration or marketing.
  •  3-4 years experience in sales field. Past experience in Manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
  •  Fluent in Afghan local languages as well as English.
  •  Good negotiator and strong influence skills.
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office program.
  •  Must possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with proven effectiveness in both areas.
  •  Knowledge of local market and local contacts.
  •  Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details/data/information/activities.
  •  Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and             make recommendations and/or solve the problem.
  • Being flexible regarding working hours.
  •  Disciplined, professional and hard-worker.
