Job Descriptions:

Develop and maintain the hospital's HR policies and procedures.

Prepare job descriptions for all hospital positions.

Advertise vacancies and manage the recruitment process.

Shortlist candidates and conduct/coordinate interviews.

Verify educational qualifications, professional licenses, references, and employment history.

Prepare employment contracts and appointment letters.

Maintain complete and confidential employee personnel files.

Maintain staff attendance and leave records.

Coordinate monthly payroll information with the Finance Department.

Manage annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, and other authorized leave.

Conduct employee orientation and onboarding.

Maintain staff duty rosters in coordination with department heads.

Organize staff performance evaluations.

Monitor probation periods and prepare confirmation recommendations.

Handle employee complaints and workplace conflicts.

Manage disciplinary procedures according to hospital policy and applicable law.

Coordinate staff training and development.

Monitor staff licenses and professional credentials where applicable.

Maintain an updated hospital staff database/HRIS.

Prepare monthly HR reports for hospital management.

Assist management with workforce planning and staffing requirements.

Ensure confidentiality of employee information.

Coordinate resignation, termination, clearance, and exit procedures.

Support hospital management in maintaining a professional and respectful workplace.

Job Requirements:

Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and recruitment processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to conduct interviews and staff selection.

Ability to prepare employment contracts, job descriptions, HR policies, and official HR correspondence.

Experience maintaining confidential employee records and HR databases.

Knowledge of attendance, leave, overtime, payroll coordination, and performance appraisal systems.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word and Excel.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

High level of confidentiality, integrity, professionalism, and impartiality.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.
