Job Descriptions:

The HR Officer will manage and support all human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, staff development, and HR compliance. The role ensures effective workforce management while promoting organizational culture and employee engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with organizational policies
  • Support staff training, development, and performance evaluation
  • Advise management on HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and benefits administration
  • Promote staff well-being, engagement, and professional growth
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues professionally
  • Manage contracts and staff leave forms and notification
  •  Ensure full implementation of the organization’s HR policies, rules, regulations, and code of conduct
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with all HR policies and procedures
Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience with national/international organizations
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
  • Fluency in Pashto/Dari; English preferred

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Human resources management principles
  • Recruitment, performance management, and staff development
  • HR record-keeping and reporting
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
