· Facilitates the program recruitment and hiring processes.
· Implements recruitment in accordance policies and procedures
· Responsible for creating recruitment work plan and managing start-up deadlines.
· Ensuring that personnel records/files and related HR documentation is updated in a timely manner.
· Keep record and control of staff attendance, days off worked, comp days, annual leave taken, sick days taken, etc.
· Ensure that staff attendance register is properly maintained on a daily basis and follow up on staff not signing off and take necessary action as per rules.
· Report to line manager and/or Finance manager & Finance and Admin Director any information, which has, or may have, an impact on operations, is it obtained by investigation or chance occurrence.
· Provide and updating employee’s ID card
· Coordinates and supervises preparation of employment agreements.
· Maintains file and contract management system.
· Coordinates new staff orientation at regional offices.
· Facilitates program on-boarding processes and benefits administration
· Making Time sheets to office security guards on a monthly basis
· Monitoring of leave balances for all staff.
· Making Attendance sheet, overtime etc.…
- Computer skills at the operator level, especially with MS Office packages,
- Fluency in Dari and/or Pashto; proficiency in English is required.
- High attention to detail, effective time management skills, strong work ethic, a willingness to learn new skills, and the ability to be a self-starter.

- Experience in planning, reporting and budgeting with finance.
- Good communication skill and able to pass the massage/questions in local languages to the respondents.
- Have good interpersonal skills and ability to work plan.
- Supervisory, team worker, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Regional and cultural knowledge of areas of SFL field operations in Afghanistan
- Willingness to work long hours when required
- Ability and willingness to travel to the project sites and outside of duty station within Afghanistan and adjust to the SFL environment as frequently as required
- Honest, proactive, well mannered, and must share values of SFL.
- Willing to stay in field locations
- Ready to work, live and travel in an intricate and strenuous environment
