• Monitor all assigned POS channels, including retailers, outlets, Afghan Post, franchises, mini-franchises, EDS, and mHawala agents, to ensure sales and service quality.
• Ensure that all Indirect Sales related EA products, including Scratch Cards, E-Top Up, and SIMs, are available in assigned areas to achieve targets.
• Visit the market and assigned POS regularly to enhance sales, monitor product availability and visibility, and ensure proper placement of merchandising and POS materials.
• Support, motivate, and provide training and guidelines to assigned POS agents and dealers on MPOs, DRM, E-Top Up, mHawala agent codes, and related processes to maximize efficiency.
• Provide and update product knowledge to assigned POS agents and dealers in line with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and promptly inform the line supervisor/manager of shortages or issues.
• Ensure implementation of EA and ATRA SIM registration policies through proper documentation to maintain quality registration.
• Resolve assigned POS agent issues related to commissions, MPOS/DRM software, and E-Top Up services by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Share performance and survey reports with assigned POS agents and key accounts regularly to support development and target achievement.
• Present weekly activity reports of assigned POS agents and DRM limited users to the line supervisor/manager.
• Share competitor movement reports promptly, especially regarding new market offers.
• Organize sales campaigns and micro-marketing activities at public locations to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Build and maintain productive business relationships with POS agents, key account customers, and prospects, with a focus on EDS development despite regulatory and operational challenges.
