• Manage customer calls, messages, bookings, and front-desk communication professionally.
• Welcome customers warmly and provide accurate guidance about services, pricing, and procedures.
• Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and coordination with service staff.
• Support sales activities by promoting packages, following up with customers, and encouraging repeat visits.
• Prepare bills, collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate daily sales and cash reports.
• Coordinate with management and staff to ensure smooth customer flow and service delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and luxury-standard reception and waiting area.
• Uphold professional appearance, hygiene, dress code, and respectful behavior at all times.
• Participate in marketing activities, including appearing in advertisements and promotional content.
• Follow company policies, confidentiality standards, and ethical business practices.
• Attend training sessions and contribute ideas to improve customer experience and front-desk operations.
• Perform additional front-desk and operational duties assigned by management.
• Ability to speak, write and read (Pashto, Dari, English) are must.
