Job Descriptions:

Momin Afghan Microfinance Institution (MAMFI), in collaboration with UNESCO and in a Joint Venture partnership with Hassel, is pleased to announce an Internship Program aimed at building the capacity of young professionals in Afghanistan. This initiative is designed to provide practical, hands-on experience in microfinance, financial services, and institutional operations.

Through this program, a total of eight (8) internship positions are available in the areas of Financing (Field Operations) and Finance (Accounting & Financial Management). The program aims to enhance participants’ technical skills, professional competencies, and understanding of real-world financial systems

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of financial systems, accounting, or microfinance operations.
Good communication skills in Dari and/or Pashto; English is an advantage.
Basic computer skills, especially MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work in field environments (for financing roles).
Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
