Job Descriptions:

Job Purpose:
The Development Projects Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on development interventions, conducting needs assessments, and supporting resource mobilization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate planning and implementation of development projects
Conduct field visits and prepare monitoring reports
Develop project proposals and budgets
Liaise with partners and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with Qatar Charity policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

Relevant university degree
3–5 years’ experience in development or humanitarian projects
Proficiency in English and local languages
Strong reporting and coordination skills
