About Madina Specialized Center:

This role is part of a specialized sub-project under Medina Specialized Center, an organization based in Afghanistan.

We are looking for a highly capable person to support social media, branding, graphic design, video editing, and AI-powered creative work for both Madina Specialized Center and partner & client projects.

 

Job Descriptions:

We are looking for an experienced person to manage and support social media content, branding execution, graphic design, short-form video editing, and paid campaign creatives.

This role covers platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and X, and also includes creative support for Meta Ads and Google Ads.

The person should be able to manage multiple projects or client accounts, create strong and brand-consistent content, edit short videos professionally, and use AI tools to improve speed, quality, creativity, and workflow efficiency.

We highly value candidates who actively use tools such as Canva, Adobe tools, CapCut, Premiere Pro, ChatGPT, Freepik AI, and similar AI tools. We also prefer someone who naturally looks for ways to simplify and automate repetitive creative work.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize social media content professionally

  • Plan, prepare, publish, and optimize content across relevant platforms

  • Create graphic design materials for posts, stories, banners, covers, ads, and other brand content

  • Edit short-form videos for social media and campaigns

  • Maintain branding, design quality, and visual consistency

  • Support creative needs for Meta Ads and Google Ads

  • Use AI tools to improve content creation, design work, and workflow efficiency

  • Handle multiple projects or client accounts while maintaining quality

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience

  • Strong experience in:

    • social media management

    • branding execution

    • graphic design

    • short-form video editing

    • ad creative preparation

    • digital content creation

  • Good working knowledge of:

    • Instagram

    • LinkedIn

    • TikTok

  • Ability to edit long form videos professionally is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks or projects

  • Strong portfolio is required

  • Must have a reliable PC, stable internet connection, and a suitable setup to work effectively in a remote environment.
