These products are distributed nationwide from our headquarters in Kabul and through our branches across all provinces.

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Accounts & IT Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate data records, and providing IT support to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily financial records (sales, purchases, expenses)

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare basic financial reports (weekly/monthly)

• Enter and update data in company database/system accurately

• Maintain proper filing of financial and business documents

• Monitor inventory records (if applicable)

IT Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company computers and systems

• Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues

• Ensure data backup and data security

• Support staff in using accounting software and systems

• Maintain and update databases and digital records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field
• 1–5 years of relevant experience
• Good knowledge of Quickbooks and accounting software
• Basic IT knowledge (hardware, software, networking)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality
