📝 Job Description:

Westgate Solutions is seeking a responsible and motivated Call Center Officer to join our Breakdown Recovery Support Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling emergency calls from drivers, coordinating recovery assistance, and ensuring fast and professional support to customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple calls and service requests efficiently.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage incoming calls from drivers experiencing vehicle breakdowns
• Provide immediate assistance and gather essential information about the vehicle and location
• Coordinate with recovery teams and technicians to dispatch roadside assistance
• Maintain accurate records of calls, incidents, and recovery requests in the system
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issue has been resolved
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure quick and efficient recovery service

🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly
• Good computer and record-keeping skills
• Previous experience in call center, customer service, or support roles will be an advantage
