• Strong portfolio with at least 3 business plans personally developed that resulted in:
– A funded startup or business venture, OR
– Successful internal approval and implementation, OR
– Securing a loan, investor, or financial support
• Strong financial capability in forecasting, budgeting, and building solid financial models in Excel
• Clear understanding of viable sectors in Afghanistan such as logistics, trade, agriculture, manufacturing, services, and emerging markets
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
• Good English communication skills for preparing professional business documents and presentations
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate ideas realistically and focus on high-return opportunities
