Job Descriptions:

Oversee quality assurance and control of asphalt production and road construction projects.
Ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct laboratory testing and maintain quality control (QC) records.
Plan and supervise asphalt works and project implementation.
Review drawings and prepare supporting documents for payments.
Identify and resolve technical issues; coordinate with stakeholders and attend meetings.
Develop and implement quality standards and inspection procedures.
Evaluate materials and ensure safety, durability, and environmental compliance.
Support preparation of asphalt mix designs and testing procedures.
Collaborate with project teams and travel to project sites as required.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Civil Engineering) is required; a Master’s degree will be an advantage.

Experience:

At least 10 years of work experience in asphalt road construction, including implementation and knowledge of asphalt quality control, plus

At least 5 years of work experience in a construction laboratory, including asphalt concrete testing and preparation of asphalt and concrete mix designs.
