The IT Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting wireless and microwave links, as well as resolving LAN network and computer-related issues. Support is provided through on-site visits, phone consultations, and remote assistance. The role also includes assisting customers with operating systems, software, email configuration, and printing solutions.
In addition, the IT Technician is required to install, activate, and troubleshoot wireless and microwave links according to company standards. The technician installs and configures LAN network devices based on customer requirements, identifies and resolves network issues, and conducts site surveys to implement effective network solutions.
The role also involves installing and configuring DVR cameras and related wiring, maintaining AGW wireless base stations, and resolving first-level technical issues in coordination with the Head Office. Furthermore, the technician is responsible for installing wired and wireless equipment, ensuring full functionality, sharing technical solutions with team members for future reference, and preparing daily and weekly reports for the assigned manager.
