• Deliver overall Commercial Revenue objectives with special focus on Data penetration.
• Deliver Subscriber Engagement KPIs by maintaining a healthy revival trend from Zero, Dormant & Bundle Exit Customers
• Deliver Value Extraction initiatives to grow High Value & Very High Value segment penetration on an active basis.
• Conceptualize, Design & Execute Product Roadmap for the Financial Year, broken down to Quarterly phasing to meet Revenue & Subscriber objectives from the CVM & DTS perspective
• Strengthen VAS portfolio for the organization by onboarding new content & services to deliver VAS penetration & Revenue objectives.
• Drive Digital transformation initiatives, including and not limited to App penetration and Engagement.
• Engage with the Etisalat International team to replicate best practices from other OPCOs.
