About BARAN:

Bu Ali Rehabilitation and Aid Network (BARAN) is a nongovernmental, non-political and independent organization. BARAN has been established in 27.7.2006 registered with the Ministry of Economy (MoEc), Ministry of Public Health (MoPH), Ministry of Education (MoE) , Ministry of labour, Social Affairs, Martyrs and Disabled (MoLSAMD), Ministry of Justice (MoJ) in order to deliver standard health care, social and educational services including conducting researches. Special attention is given for the community development by promoting capacity building programs.

Job Descriptions:

Key Responsibilities:
   •   Supervise and support program staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
   •   Monitor program implementation according to work plans and organizational standards
   •   Conduct regular field visits and provide guidance to program teams
   •   Ensure timely reporting of program activities, outcomes, and challenges
   •   Assist in planning and organizing program activities and workshops
   •   Maintain data accuracy and documentation for program monitoring and evaluation
   •   Coordinate with stakeholders, partners, and beneficiaries for successful program delivery
   •   Identify risks or gaps in program implementation and suggest solutions
   •   Support capacity building of staff through mentoring and training

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements:
   • MD or Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences,Project Management, or related field
   •   Minimum 2–4 years of experience in program management or supervision
   •   Strong leadership and team management skills
   •   Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills
   •   Knowledge of monitoring & evaluation, project planning, and program development
   •   Proficient in Microsoft Office and program management software
   •   Ability to work independently and under pressure
   •   Commitment to organizational values and ethical standards
