Core Responsibilities
• Ensure full coordination between branch departments to maintain administrative discipline and operational efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), with strong focus on reducing customer churn rate and improving network stability.
• Oversee financial operations including cash flow management, accounts receivable collection, and OPEX control.
• Conduct competitor analysis and implement market expansion strategies to increase Retail, Commercial, and Corporate client base.
• Establish structured daily and weekly reporting systems to headquarters based on real-time operational metrics.
Education
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Economics, or related fields. MBA holders will be given strong preference.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of executive-level management experience. Previous experience in Telecom or ISP industry is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong leadership and crisis management ability
• Experience in conflict resolution and negotiation
• Financial statement analysis capability
• Understanding of internet service infrastructure
• Strong professional network within Herat commercial and governmental sectors
• Proficiency in computer-based management systems
Language Proficiency
Fluency in Dari and Pashto is required. Good command of English is preferred.
